Who We Are
TriVision has produced corporate, government, nonprofit, and organizational events across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland for more than 30 years. We are not a generalist AV rental company. We are a dedicated event production partner: strategy, technical preparation, rehearsal, and live execution handled by one in-house team with single-point accountability.
One accountable team
Audio, lighting, staging, LED video, livestreaming, show management, and post-event wrap-up are managed by TriVision staff - not subcontracted layers. One production lead owns your event from kickoff to strike, so there are no vendor gaps and no finger-pointing when timelines compress.
Built for high-visibility events
Our clients run events where failure is not an option: federal agency programs, association annual meetings, executive summits, fundraising galas. Our process - documented planning, advance venue coordination, and full technical rehearsal - exists to remove risk before doors open.

Our Approach: Strategy First, Execution Always
Successful events are not improvised. They come from thoughtful planning, clear communication, and disciplined execution. Every TriVision production follows four principles:
We engage at the planning stage to align on objectives, scope, and logistics before decisions are locked in - reducing costly changes later.
Every production follows a documented methodology: realistic timelines, clear scope alignment, advance venue coordination, and thorough run-of-show rehearsals.
We work alongside your planners and stakeholders, integrating into existing workflows and respecting established roles - we work with your team, not instead of it.
Experienced production managers oversee every aspect of live execution, so your team stays focused on the event itself - not the technology.
The TriVision Advantage
Three things distinguish TriVision from other event production companies in the region: decades of hands-on experience, a dedicated large-scale production facility for pre-event rehearsals, and single-point accountability from planning through execution.
A dedicated rehearsal facility in Chantilly, VA
TriVision operates the largest dedicated event production facility in the DC metro area - minutes from Dulles International Airport. Clients rehearse full events here with stage, lighting, audio, and LED video walls in place before arriving at the venue: preview visuals on full-size LED walls, test speaker transitions and run-of-show timing, validate playback, train presenters, and resolve issues before they become show-day problems.
30+ years of institutional knowledge
Since 1996 we have produced events in ballrooms, convention centers, federal facilities, and corporate campuses across the DMV. That venue familiarity - load-in routes, power, rigging, union and security requirements - shows up in fewer surprises and tighter schedules.
Single-point accountability
One team manages audio, lighting, staging, video, livestreaming, and show management. You get one contract, one production lead, and one answer to every question - no coordination overhead across four vendors.
Technology & Capabilities
TriVision operates some of the largest and most advanced LED video wall systems in the DMV, alongside a full suite of production technology. Every system is run by experienced in-house technicians - deployed for outcomes, not novelty.

Questions planners ask us
What makes TriVision different from other event production companies in DC?
Three things: 30+ years of hands-on production experience in the DMV since 1996, a dedicated large-scale production facility in Chantilly, VA where clients rehearse full events before show day, and single-point accountability - one in-house team managing audio, lighting, staging, LED video, livestreaming, and show management under one contract, with no vendor gaps.
When is the right time to bring TriVision into the planning process?
As early as possible - ideally when you are setting objectives, budget, and venue shortlist. Early involvement lets us align scope before decisions are locked in, coordinate venue logistics like power, rigging, and load-in in advance, and schedule technical rehearsals. Late engagement is workable, but early engagement measurably reduces cost changes and show-day risk.
Can clients rehearse their full event before show day?
Yes. TriVision operates the largest dedicated event production facility in the DC metro area, in Chantilly, VA. Clients run full technical rehearsals with stage, lighting, audio, and LED video walls in place - previewing visuals at full size, testing run-of-show timing, and training presenters in a real production environment before arriving at the venue.
Do you work with existing planning teams and event coordinators?
Yes. We integrate into client and planner workflows, taking on production responsibilities without displacing established roles. Your planner keeps ownership of the attendee experience; we own the technical production - staging, AV, video, show calling - and coordinate directly with the venue on logistics. We work with your team, not instead of it.
Is TriVision suitable for government and high-security events?
Yes. We have extensive experience producing federal agency programs and government-sponsored conferences in the Washington DC area - events requiring strict accountability, documentation, formal review processes, and professional discretion. Our in-house staffing model simplifies vetting because the team on site is our team, not a rotating roster of subcontractors.
Where does TriVision Event Production operate?
Across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland - including Arlington, Reston, Tysons, Fairfax, Herndon, Bethesda, Rockville, and Silver Spring. Our headquarters and production facility are in Chantilly, VA, minutes from Dulles International Airport, serving as the prep and rehearsal hub before we deploy to any venue in the region.
