Built for High-Stakes Corporate Programs
Corporate events carry an audience you answer to twice: the people in the room and the leadership watching how it went. TriVision Event Production exists for that pressure. We produce corporate programs across the DMV with in-house teams that design the audio, video, lighting, and staging as one system, lock the run of show in rehearsal, and execute it live - one accountable partner for the event planner, the marketing team, and the procurement office alike. Since 1996 we've delivered more than 1,000 events, from single-room executive briefings to multi-day conferences with broadcast feeds.

From Kickoff to Strike
Corporate calendars don't move - so the production process has to be predictable.
We align on audience, agenda, venue, and budget, then recommend a production scope - including what your program doesn't need.
System designs, equipment lists, and a cue-by-cue run of show, coordinated with your venue's dock schedule, rigging, and power.
Complex systems are pre-staged at our Chantilly, VA facility when possible; presenters rehearse on site under real show conditions before doors open.
The crew that designed the event runs it - show calling, live mixing, contingency coverage - then strikes on the venue's clock.
DMV Venue & Logistics Knowledge
Corporate programs in this region concentrate in a familiar set of rooms - the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the Gaylord National at National Harbor, DC's convention hotels, and the corporate campuses of Tysons, Reston, and the Dulles corridor - and each imposes its own operating rules before a single case rolls in. Union labor calls and house-electrician rules decide who plugs in what; dock windows and freight elevators decide when the truck can arrive; multi-day programs need overnight holds negotiated up front; certificates of insurance have to be filed before load-in. An advance site assessment, a standing part of every TriVision production, settles those details early - and crews deploy from Chantilly, VA with no out-of-market travel fees.

Questions planners ask us
What is included in corporate event production?
A full corporate production covers audio systems, LED video walls or projection, lighting design, multi-camera video and IMAG, staging and scenic, run-of-show development, rehearsals, and live show calling - plus the pre-production planning that coordinates all of it with your venue. TriVision delivers every discipline with 100% in-house teams, so a conference, sales kickoff, or town hall in the DMV has one accountable partner from first planning call to strike.
How much does corporate event production cost in the DMV?
The biggest cost drivers are audience size, program length, room count, and technical scope: LED wall size, camera and IMAG requirements, lighting complexity, livestream feeds, and rehearsal days. A one-room executive briefing and a three-day conference with broadcast feeds are entirely different budgets. TriVision scopes each program individually and returns a clear proposal with no broker markup - call 703.608.9680 with your agenda and venue for a realistic estimate.
How far in advance should we book production for a corporate event?
Two to three months ahead is ideal for conferences, kickoffs, and galas - early enough for production to inform venue selection, agenda design, and budget rather than react to them. Spring and fall dates in the DC market book earliest. Because TriVision's teams and inventory are in-house, we can also execute on compressed timelines when a date is fixed; check availability at 703.608.9680.
Can you work in hotels that have in-house AV?
Yes. Most DC-area hotels and conference centers allow outside production companies; we coordinate directly with the venue on certificates of insurance, dock schedules, rigging, and house-electrician requirements. Planners typically bring in TriVision when the program outgrows house AV - custom staging, IMAG, broadcast feeds, or a show caller - or when they want one team accountable for the whole event rather than a rotating house crew.
Can you produce our town hall for remote employees too?
Yes. Executive town halls and company broadcasts are a core program type: we produce the room and the stream from one rig, with a dedicated program feed for remote employees - proper camera direction, graphics, and mixed audio rather than a static camera at the back. See our hybrid event production page for the full broadcast scope, platform integration, and recording deliverables.
Do you rehearse before the event?
Always. Rehearsal is a standing step in our process, not an add-on: complex systems are pre-staged and tested at our Chantilly, VA production facility when schedules allow, and presenters rehearse on site under real show conditions - confidence monitors, microphones, and slide advance included - before doors open. For multi-day conferences we also rehearse session turnovers so breakout-to-general-session transitions hold to the minute.
