The engagement
Adventist HealthCare partnered with TriVision for large-scale employee recognition and healthcare leadership events in Bethesda, Maryland. These included a signature Employee Gala and a healthcare conference serving audiences of approximately 700 to 1,000 attendees. Each program required a visually commanding stage, professional audio, immersive lighting, custom content, and reliable show control for awards, keynote presentations, videos, and interactive segments.
What TriVision delivered
TriVision combined event strategy, creative production, scenic design, and AV technology into one coordinated solution. The production featured large-format LED video walls, an acrylic show floor, LED sphere and poster displays, custom motion graphics, game-show-style content, stage lighting, full sound reinforcement, rehearsals, and onsite technical management. By managing the creative and technical components under one team, TriVision helped Adventist HealthCare deliver polished, mission-focused events while reducing production complexity for the internal planning team.
