The program involved an extended setup and testing period before the main event, with TriVision's production team loading in on Monday, preparing the system for operation on Tuesday, supporting rehearsals and technical run-throughs during the week, and managing the live event on Thursday.
What TriVision delivered
TriVision's scope combined LED video wall production with hybrid meeting technology. The system included presenter confidence monitors, PTZ camera coverage for remote Zoom participants, wireless handheld microphones, lavalier microphones, content playback, and full technical support. TriVision also coordinated crew travel, accommodations, equipment logistics, power requirements, internet connectivity, testing, and onsite troubleshooting. The project demonstrates TriVision's ability to deploy corporate AV and hybrid event production services nationally, well beyond the Washington, DC market.
