The engagement
TriVision's partnership with Stupid Cancer has included two major CancerCon programs in Washington, DC, followed by the 2026 conference in Seattle, Washington. CancerCon brings together young adult cancer survivors, caregivers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and nonprofit leaders for several days of education, storytelling, workshops, and community building. The production challenge involved maintaining technical consistency across a high-impact general session, multiple breakout rooms, common areas, and simultaneous programming.
What TriVision delivered
TriVision provided turnkey conference event production, including large-format LED video walls, professional audio, stage lighting, digital wayfinding displays, LED posters, breakout-room AV, onsite technicians, rehearsals, daily resets, and live show support. The Seattle production expanded the visual environment with multiple main-stage LED walls, vertical accent displays, PTZ camera coverage, IMAG, program recording, confidence monitors, assisted-listening support, and dedicated AV systems for concurrent sessions.
