The Council of Korean Americans selected TriVision to support its Envision Gala and Summit at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. The final production included a large-format main-stage LED video wall, stage and truss lighting, uplighting, pipe and drape, digital LED poster displays, balcony monitors, and two-camera IMAG with live video switching.
The engagement
The Council of Korean Americans selected TriVision to support its Envision Gala and Summit at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. The two-day program combined an awards gala, leadership programming, networking, and formal presentations. TriVision needed to create a strong visual identity for the main ballroom while coordinating production responsibilities closely with the hotel's internal AV team.
What TriVision delivered
The final production included a large-format main-stage LED video wall, stage and truss lighting, uplighting, pipe and drape, digital LED poster displays, balcony monitors, and two-camera IMAG with live video switching. Mobile videographers captured event highlights, while the production team created separate highlight videos and full multi-camera program recordings for the Gala and Summit. Following the event, CKA leadership specifically praised the technology, professionalism, and visual impact TriVision brought to the programming.
