The AV package included two projector and screen systems, a 16-channel digital audio console, wireless handheld and lavalier microphones, PA speakers, a stage foldback monitor, a press box for sending program audio to the camera team, and all necessary signal and power cabling.
The engagement
Desiring God Ministries selected TriVision for a four-day partner event at The Alexandrian in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The approximately 75-person program required a compact but dependable audiovisual system for presentations, discussions, audience questions, and video recording. TriVision designed the package around the ballroom's scale while maintaining professional audio clarity and presentation visibility throughout the event.
What TriVision delivered
The AV package included two projector and screen systems, a 16-channel digital audio console, wireless handheld and lavalier microphones, PA speakers, a stage foldback monitor, a press box for sending program audio to the camera team, and all necessary signal and power cabling. TriVision provided an audio technician throughout the program, production assistance for setup and strike, system testing, onsite operation, and venue coordination.
