South Asian Impact Foundation, working with Indian American Impact, engaged TriVision for a two-day conference and leadership event at the Washington Marriott Georgetown. TriVision provided dual large-format laser projection systems for the main ballroom, projection and display support for breakout sessions, PA systems, digital audio consoles, wireless handheld and lavalier microphones, technical tables, pipe and drape, and dedicated technicians for each production area.
The engagement
South Asian Impact Foundation, working with Indian American Impact, engaged TriVision for a two-day conference and leadership event at the Washington Marriott Georgetown. The program required coordinated audiovisual production across the Metropolitan Ballroom and several breakout rooms, with concurrent presentations, discussions, sponsor visibility, and guest programming taking place throughout the venue.
What TriVision delivered
TriVision provided dual large-format laser projection systems for the main ballroom, projection and display support for breakout sessions, PA systems, digital audio consoles, wireless handheld and lavalier microphones, technical tables, pipe and drape, and dedicated technicians for each production area. The visual package also included three LED poster displays, a custom branded opening reel, sponsor-loop content, and stage uplighting. TriVision managed installation, cable runs, system testing, live operation, room support, and final strike.
