The engagement
The Kuwait Banking Association hosted a major international reception at the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC for more than 1,000 VIP guests. Attendees included senior government officials, international banking leaders, diplomatic representatives, and global financial stakeholders. The project required a full venue transformation across interior and exterior spaces, along with a compressed production schedule and the operational sensitivity expected at a high-profile diplomatic event.
What TriVision delivered
TriVision served as the integrated event production partner, managing creative direction, scenic design, audiovisual systems, lighting, technical infrastructure, and logistics. The production included large LED video walls, outdoor LED installations, hallway displays, an interactive LED floor, LED spheres, LED posters, complete audio reinforcement, theatrical lighting, and branded scenic environments. More than 25 production professionals and several trucks of equipment supported the overnight load-in, system testing, live execution, and strike.
