The National Union for Democracy in Iran engaged TriVision to provide AV and live-streaming production for an intimate policy and community event in Washington, DC. The event production system included two cameras, production lighting, six wireless handheld microphones, a digital audio mixer, an audio engineer, a live-stream laptop and encoding system, and a dedicated streaming operator.
The engagement
The National Union for Democracy in Iran engaged TriVision to provide AV and live-streaming production for an intimate policy and community event in Washington, DC. The venue already included installed LED displays, so TriVision designed a focused production package that integrated those screens with presentation content, professional audio, multiple cameras, and cross-platform streaming.
What TriVision delivered
The event production system included two cameras, production lighting, six wireless handheld microphones, a digital audio mixer, an audio engineer, a live-stream laptop and encoding system, and a dedicated streaming operator. TriVision also planned presentation playback and streaming distribution for YouTube and Twitter, while coordinating an early setup and testing schedule to verify audio, camera, internet, and presentation systems before the program began.
