TriVision provided a central high-resolution LED video wall, two side projection systems, a presenter confidence monitor, a video switcher, presentation control, a full-room PA system, six wireless microphones, stage wash lighting, ambient room lighting, and black pipe and drape.
The engagement
Tia Realty partnered with TriVision for an anniversary and business networking event at the DoubleTree Hilton in Silver Spring, Maryland. The event was designed for up to 300 guests and included keynote presentations, panel discussions, branded video content, walk-on music, and audience engagement. The ballroom required a visual system that could make the stage content visible from multiple seating positions.
What TriVision delivered
TriVision provided a central high-resolution LED video wall, two side projection systems, a presenter confidence monitor, a video switcher, presentation control, a full-room PA system, six wireless microphones, stage wash lighting, ambient room lighting, and black pipe and drape. The production team completed the primary load-in and testing the day before the event, then provided live audio, video, lighting, cueing, and technical support through final strike.
