The Vibe Agency selected TriVision as its local audiovisual production partner for coordinated events at the Airbus Experience Center and the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC. At the Airbus Experience Center, TriVision managed front-of-house audio, lectern and wireless microphones, presenter confidence monitoring, keynote video playback, and switching between presentation content and interactive platforms such as Kahoot and Slido.
The engagement
The Vibe Agency selected TriVision as its local audiovisual production partner for coordinated events at the Airbus Experience Center and the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC. The two-location project required detailed scheduling, a dedicated rehearsal period, professional presentation support at Airbus, and a separate architectural lighting installation at the Embassy.
What TriVision delivered
At the Airbus Experience Center, TriVision managed front-of-house audio, lectern and wireless microphones, presenter confidence monitoring, keynote video playback, and switching between presentation content and interactive platforms such as Kahoot and Slido. Three large displays supported looping content in an adjoining marketplace area. At the Italian Embassy, TriVision installed wireless LED uplighting and coordinated delivery, access, setup, and strike. This project demonstrates TriVision's ability to provide discreet, white-label event production support for agencies managing corporate and diplomatic clients.
